The Safety Training Solution Commissioned as Content Expert for New, Award Winning HR Compliance Website.

Leanne Coffman, President and Senior Management Consultant of the Safety Training Solution, who has over a decade of experience in employment law and workplace safety regulations, was recently commissioned as a subject matter expert to write for XpertHR, an award winning, subscription-only website for HR professionals, recently released by Reed Business Information, in partnership with LexisNexis.

Written by the top employment attorneys in the country, XpertHR is an online resource which helps the HR Professional comply with employment and labor law at the municipal, state and federal levels.

Ms. Coffman specifically contributed more than forty-five submissions, including Xpert HR’s Federal Manual for Workplace Security, which is an extensive analysis of various security-related topics that pertain to HR and Safety Professionals. The Workplace Security Manual covered topics such as, emergency plans and disaster management, protecting intellectual property and preventing and responding to workplace violence.

In addition, Coffman also created the Federal Organizational Risk Management Manual, as well as policy templates, how-to articles, checklists and state guidance on areas of health, safety and security as they relate to the needs of human resource.
